How do I track my order?

Once you've placed your order on our secure website. You will receive an email with your order details. Once your order is processed we will send you an e-mail with tracking details. 

What is your return policy?

There are no returns or exchanges! Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. If the address you have on file is incorrect and the items are sent, there's nothing we can do. 

 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Each customer will receive a tracking number via e-mail. We ship through USPS. You also have the option to add extra insurance to your packaging if you will like for extra security. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once you've paid for your order the time frame will take 1-2 weeks. I ask all customers to double check their purchases and to make sure everything is accurate.
