If you have a "Ready to ship order " we can exchange the items for another substitute . If the order is custom made we can't refund for this item. We ask that when processing orders if you made a mistake while checking out to contact us @ with your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy We create everything handmade and with love. So since everything is handmade to your liking we ask you to double check your order before completing. At this time we will not issue refunds unless there was an error on our an end. We will do an investigation on prior communication throughout the order process and make a decision.
If a product is received by the buyer and it is damaged, please email us immediately @email@example.com about the damaged product; we will have you ship the item back to us and we will fix the damaged item and ship it out immediately. We will keep you updated with this process by email.
